Responsibilities

  • The Office of Fleet Services Data Reporting Analyst Sr. (G.19) will serve as a key knowledge worker driving and leading critical initiatives for the department
  • This is a strategic and analytical position responsible for supporting Fleet Services leadership on all operational engagements, technical initiatives, and key projects
  • The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the detailed completion of all standard work or assigned tasks in an organized, professional fashion
  • Effective communication is crucial to keep all parties engaged and working towards common goals
  • Additionally, the role involves organizing reporting, planning meetings, and providing updates accordingly
  • Clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing, is essential, as well as establishing and maintaining effective working relationships for the benefit of the organization
  • This position receives guidance regarding the overall mission, short and long-term objectives, scheduling, and unusual priorities
  • The Analyst is expected to structure their workday to accomplish established goals independently
  • The role can work independently or as part of a team that collaborates on key initiatives and explores critical technologies for operational progress
  • Direction received is very general and focuses on strategic objectives and is typically collaborative
